III. Non-Returnable Items

Returns are generally not supported in the following situations:

Labels or packaging are severely missing.

Obtain Return Address (Important)
The return address must be obtained from customer service. Please do not send the item back yourself, as this may affect processing.

Return Item
Send the item back to the address provided by customer service and retain the tracking number.

Refund Processing
We will process the refund after receiving the item and confirming that it meets the return conditions.
V. Shipping Costs

Returns for non-quality issues: Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Returns for quality issues or incorrect items: We will bear the return costs or provide compensation.
